    You will receive an email confirming your order, and then another one once it has been dispatched. Your dispatch email will contain all the juicy details like your tracking number and the shipping provider so you can watch its progress. Sometimes, our emails get flagged as ‘junk’ or ‘other’ (how rude!) so make sure you check those folders too.     Yay! We love how excited you are to receive your TTC products. Once we receive your order, we try to be as speedy as we can to get it on its way to you. We usually need 2-3 business days to dispatch your order, although this is sometimes longer in busy sale periods. As soon as it’s on its way, we will send you a tracking number which will have an estimated delivery period so keep an eye on your inbox.
